Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta has unveiled significant austerity measures, slashing official vehicle fuel quotas by 20% and mandating Metro use for ministers and officers every Monday. A weekly 'No Vehicle Day' and a six-month ban on new vehicle purchases are also in effect.
